                         NDVI and Spectral Mixing Model to application on monitoring 
                         Cerrado deflorestation: west part of the Rio S{\~a}o Francisco 
                         watershed. It checked the applicability of the shadow fraction 
                         like an option of completion to NDVI on deflorested areas' 
                         increments detection, considering that one fraction gets to join 
                         every types of antropic vegetation in a only one kind of property 
                         spectral. The metodology uses subtraction among component of 
                         different period, to explain the most part of deflorestations 
                         happened in that region. That metodology will go a long way with 
                         the Cerrado monitoring, through agreement among MMA and 
                         UFG/LAPIG.",
